- Flight cancellation/reschedule (at airlines end). True Blue Travel is not responsible for changes in further related bookings.
- Web Check inn is mandatory for all travel and check all travel related documents before you do Web Check Inn.
- Final Voucher will be available 7 days prior to departure date.
- Vehicles are provided to you only for point to point basics not for disposal.
- Rooms are subject to availability.
- Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
- Airfare is subject to change without prior notice and True Blue Travel will not take any responsibility for the same.
- Check in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1200 hrs noon. Early check-in/Late checkout is subject to availability.
- Hotel Pictures given to you might differ from actual.
- We require 25% of the Payment For Process Land Booking.
- Need full amount to book flight, Ferry, Eurail Tickets.
- Required full payments for hotels and tour that are Non-Refundable.
- Extra Amount will be charged if the mode of payment is a credit card, Debit Card as per the gateway charges of the bank or third party payment mode used.
- Once Booking is processed, no amendment is allowed - if so charges will born by guest.
- In Cruise Gratuity fee is excluding from the package, this is directly paid by guest at cruise.
- Visa on arrival countries, expense on visa is a part of guest. True Blue Travel will not take care of any charges.
- Passport should be valid for 6 Month (180 days from travel date)
- Travel Insurance, all claim settlement is between (Guest and Insurance Company) True Blue Travel do not have any liability.
- Pan Card is mandatory for all pax who are travelling. Should be share at the time of booking.
- Visa Approval/Rejection are completely discretion of Embassy;True Blue Travel do not have any liability.
- International Hotels require security deposit and City taxes, which are given by the Guest upon arrival at time of Check Inn.
- Hotel Amenities are part of hotel.
- Special requests like Early Check-in, smoking room, non-smoking room, particular views, Particular Floors, King or Queen size bed, twin, adjoining room or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival
- Tours & Tickets for attractions once booked will not be refunded.
- Drinks including Water during meals/sightseeing tours are not included
- Any tours, Transfer or activity can be cancelled because of unforeseen weather conditions Or Political Issue. Guest should take care by their own, cancelled tour, transfer or activity will be refunded.
- True Blue Travel Non-Refundable Cancellation Charge Rs.5000 per Person.
- In Case Any Duplicate Booking Found In Airlines/Hotel/Resort/Cruise, any amount paid in this case would be forfeited or any ADM/charges will be liable by the travelling Guest.
- While guest on tour found COVID-19 positive, all quarantine stays/test expenses will be borne by the guest. True Blue Travel will not be responsible for any expenses.
- Kindly note that if any guests are shown symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of arrival at the Airport, the local authorities in charge will conduct a COVID-19 test. Should the test result is positive the guest/s will be accommodated in a designated isolation facility managed by the Government of state/country. Your reservations will be considered as no-show.
- COVID - 19 tests are mandatory at some cities/countries for arrival/departure or both, Kindly ask us /read all COVID - 19 tests/quarantine rules before travelling.
- Travel insurance is a must - Please ask us or make necessary arrangements before travel.
- The Refund amount depicted is subjected to change based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers and payments received from customers till date. Any change in refund amount will be communicated to customers by their respective account owners.
FLIGHT :
- On cancelling flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, customers will be eligible for a zero refund.
- For Flights marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, customers will receive a refund as per the details mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and also in the final itinerary shared over the email.
- The total refunds for flights may include components which vary as per the international exchange rates.
- We will not be responsible for grounded/cancelled/delayed flights. Any cancellation requests for these flights will have to be placed with the respective airlines. Realization of refunds would be subject to processing by the respective airline carrier.
- We are not liable to refund a customer who is not allowed to board the flight because of invalid passports (validity expired, damaged passports).
- Customers are expected to reach the airport ahead of their boarding time (at least 3 hours prior to boarding time). We are not responsible to refund customers (for cases wherein airport transfers are not planned by us) who miss their flights owing to delayed arrival at the airport.
- For cases wherein airport transfers are planned by us, flight cancellations due to delayed transfers owing to unforeseen circumstances specific to a region will not be borne by us.
- Details about baggage limitations (cabin and check-in) will be furnished as part of the final travel vouchers. Additional costs owing to breached baggage limits will have to be paid by the customer at the time of check-in.
- We will set meal preferences for customers with airline carriers upon request. However, we has no control over the availability and quality of meals served on the flight. This will be controlled completely by the airline carrier.
HOTELS :
- On cancelling hotels which have been marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, the customer will be eligible for a zero refund.
- For hotels which have been marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over email.
- The total refunds for hotels may include components which vary with international exchange rates.
- While True Blue Travel strives to provide the best hotels with world-class amenities, we cannot be held responsible for factors such as hotel staff behaviour, cleanliness and quality of accommodation. Additional costs owing to on-trip room upgrades and additional amenities will be borne by the customer. All hotels changed on-trip (Hotels booked as per itinerary cancelled and new hotels booked) will entail a 100% cancellation fee.
- Entertaining early check-in or late check-out requests is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. We will not be able to process cancellation requests owing to non-availability of these requests.
ACTIVITIES :
- On cancelling activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, the customer will be eligible for a zero refund.
- For activities, which have been marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds and their timelines will be applicable as mentioned under the “Cancellation Policy” section of the product and in the final itinerary shared over email.
- The total refund for activities may include components which vary with international exchange rates.

True Blue Travel will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred due to fraudulent actions committed by an employee. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and as detailed in our terms and conditions.
3. Preventative Measures:
We are committed to preventing fraud through comprehensive employee training, strict internal controls, and regular audits. Any suspected fraudulent activity by an employee is promptly investigated and addressed according to our established procedures.
4. Client Responsibilities:
We advise clients to exercise vigilance and promptly report any suspicious activities or discrepancies. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the legitimacy of any communication or transaction if they have concerns. In case of payment directly made to any employee’s bank account, True Blue Travel will not be responsible for the same.
