- Cancellation must be made in writing by email and be received in time Please keep in mind weekends,public holidays, and different time zones on both ends We wiIl NOT acknowledge any verbal/ over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without emailwill not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged .
- Please make sure to emailus for cancellation requests with your reservation number, and note that cancellation fees are calculatedbased on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and travel service start date.
- We willprocess your cancellation/ refund amount if any within 10-30business days.
- All cancellations must be made directly with us, not with the hotel or any other vendors or servicesproviders.
- If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 7 days, we Will not change the travellers departure citedand Will not offer a refund.
- All refunds are subject to the refund policies of each hotel, airline, and other vendors, some of which have
- Special cancellation policies where funds paid are non-refundable Our specialists will mention whenpayments/ deposits are non-refundable and when deadlines are about to be reached.
- In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash depositi or money order/travellers check/ cashiers check will be refunded via bank account.
- For refunds processed by wire transfer,any associated wire transfer fee Will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
- For refunds processed by Credit Card or PayPal, there will be a 5% transaction fee that will be deductedfrom the overall refund amount. The refund amount can also be credited directly to your account forfuture bookings without any transaction fee.
- Single Day Tours/ Activities should be Cancelled at least 7 Days in advance of the start date of the experience for a fullrefund
- Admission tickets/ passes excluded.
- Please check the special notes as some tours are non-refundable.
- The Cancellation Policies listed apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates orfees listed under & Special Notes.
- Please carefully review the &Special Notes of your tour prior to booking
- Please know that we will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.
